My Darling, the Company President 5

A photo (?!) of her kissing her junior, Sasahara, has spread throughout the office. Just as Mihane was running around, trying to clear the misunderstanding, Sakura-chan collapsed!! Mihane is beside herself with shock over not realizing Sakura was in such bad shape, he'd collapsed from exhaustion. She dresses up as a nurse in hopes that she can cheer him up a little bit... but that just leads to things getting hot and heavy in his hospital room! The two have confirmed their love to one another, but this time, it's come about that Mihane has to go on a business trip with Sasahara...
