Even witches shouldn’t take candy from strangers! When the Sixth Precinct loses contact with one of the witches, Rogue immediately goes searching for her. The Seventh Witch, Humafu the Sleepless, can only sleep after she kills someone, but the collar’s restrictions mean murder isn’t an option. Stuck in a limbo where she’s barely awake, she keeps herself busy by leading a gang in town. One day she goes out to meet them…and doesn’t come back! Meanwhile, an urban legend is going around about an eerie figure snatching up children. Did Humafu run away, or become that creep’s latest victim? Rogue just hopes Catherine and Miseria can stop competing over him long enough that they can track down Humafu—before it’s too late.
