The ninja high schoolers take a break from fighting and head to a summer festival. And as Yodaka watches the fireworks with her, he suddenly notices the fireworks in his own heart. But the fun at the festival comes to a screeching halt when a gang of renegade ninja attack and kidnap Aoi!
