A productive meeting with President Shindo puts Shiro in a good position to insinuate himself into the chemical company's inner workings. However, his previous endeavor with a black-market broker comes back to haunt him and Ichiro as two assassins end up hot on their tail. With luck on their side, a guardian angel rescues them from a gas explosion, but his involvement could very well spell the end of Ichiro and Shiro's partnership…
