As monster attacks increase across the domain, Clarice and Frost grapple with their true feelings for one another after Clarice kissed Frost. With the encouragement of the maids, Clarice decides to speak to Frost, and in the process learns the truth of her tragic past. Meanwhile, suspicions of espionage from amongst the maids create another trial for the Dark Knight's household and the domain at large.
