Baron, Volume 6

After successfully implementing measures to try and control Kowloon, Mizuno brings him to the USA. In order to move forward in his plans, he wants Kowloon to try and control an abandoned UFO situated there. However, Kowloon refuses to play by Mizuno's rules and things take a turn for the unexpected. Calling out to his younger brother, Kowloon tries to recruit Riku to his cause by explaining to him the purpose of their existence. But will these answers succeed in convincing Riku?
