Samezo Kamishiro, the intimidating young leader of the Hazuki Syndicate, has another side to him. As a cross-dressing maid, he goes by the name "Dolphin." When he's put in charge of looking after Ushio, the inexperienced heir with no ties to the yakuza world, Samezo is forced to work at the maid café Ushio runs.
Samezo figures this must be payback for how he treated his former classmate back in high school. But when Samezo becomes unexpectedly popular as Dolphin, something about the pampered Ushio suddenly changes.

That's when Samezo realizes that Ushio has been in love with him since high school...
