Software engineer Chiaki Yanagishima lives with the arrogant and controlling Masatsugu Shiba, the owner of the host club "Butterfly Kiss". Also known as Osho, or "King", Masatsugu continues to bed female customers despite his relationship with Chiaki. Fed up, Chiaki tries to leave but Masatsugu won't have it and traps him in the apartment. As Chiaki teeters on the edge of his body breaking down, will his meeting with Masatsugu final lead to a resolution to their relationship? The popular comic adaptation finally comes to an end!
