A Look at Our Feature Roadmap

To our dedicated community of readers,

We hear you. Over the last few weeks, we’ve been listening closely to your feedback regarding the platform’s performance and the features you miss most. We know that being a book lover is about the experience - how you organize your shelves, how you discover your next obsession, and how you read on the go.

Our team has been working hard behind the scenes to bridge the gap between where we are and where we want to be. Today, we’re excited to share our development roadmap, focusing on the features you’ve asked for most.

We’re excited to share our progress on some of the often requested features! This roadmap has been adjusted to showcase what features we now have available live on the platform, and the list will be continuously updated:

• Offline Reading: You are now able to download your books for offline reading on the app, ensuring your library is available when you’re on the go.
• Grouping by Series: Tired of scrolling through your library? We have implemented series-based grouping so your volumes stay neatly tucked together. Simply toggle between “Vol/Ch” and “Series”. This feature is available for both our sales collections and your Library on our website and app.
• Multi-Select Tools: We’ve added the ability to select multiple books at once allowing for easier library management and bulk downloading. Click the Three Dots menu in your Library to access the Selection menu on our website.
• Release Calendar: Stay ahead of the curve with a new release calendar and visible release dates within your collections. View our calendar here!
• Discord Community: For those looking to submit ideas and change requests directly to our team, be the first to find out about the latest product updates, or just want to hang out and talk stories, join us on Discord!

Coming Soon (within the next few weeks):

We are in the final stages of testing for several high-priority features. While we aren’t locking in specific dates to ensure everything is bug-free, you can expect these to roll out very soon:

• Web Audiobook Player: No app? No problem. We’re launching a dedicated web player so you can stream your audiobooks directly from your browser.
• Reading Experience Refinements: We’re rolling out several polish updates to the Manga and Novel readers on both the app and the website to make your sessions smoother and to address compatibility issues.
• OPDS 2 Feed: We’ll be adding an OPDS 2 feed to our platform, which means that in compatible apps, you’ll be able to easily access and download your full library of books

Library & Organization

Once the immediate priorities are live, our focus shifts entirely to helping you manage your growing digital libraries. A great reading experience is our priority, and that starts with a cleaner interface:

• "My Collections" (The Bookshelf Reimagined): We are building a fully customizable organizational tool. You’ll be able to create, name, edit and share your own custom collections that sync across the web and the app.
• Reading History Import: For our readers who migrated a large library, we will provide an optional reading history import, so you know where you’re at!
