Natsuki Toyokawa is an ordinary office worker who writes novels in his spare time with his high school friend and romantic partner, Mitsuru Saito. Natsuki comes up with the storylines and Mitsuru uses his skill as a writer to flesh them out into novel form. Together, they work under the pen name "Genka Togawa," a name created by taking two characters from each of their real names and putting them together to create a new identity. After their new book becomes a sensation, Natsuki is reluctantly dragged along to a book signing where, much to his horror, his boss turns up to get an autograph...!
